we ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same.
make sure entering in the correct billing address that associate with bank card.
if you don't enter the correct billing address, your card wont process the payment.
if you see pending transaction on your card after been declined, it will fall off and its only showing you attempted to make a transaction.

the process take 4-5 business day
2. can i return my order?
we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In
order to receive credit for your exchange, the item must be not worn and in the same condition
as when you received it. for more information please email us.
also item must be returned within 3 days of receiving. Therefore, the item must be in its original condition
unworn and unwashed. If the item do not meet our return criteria are non-returnable and will be refused.
